Is this for you?

Does this sound familiar?

You earn well remotely — but nobody can tell you whether your setup actually qualifies.

You've read a hundred blog posts and each one says something different.

You're ready to move. You just don't want to get it wrong.

Imagine you could…

Build a life here without giving up the one you built there.

The part nobody tells you

A remote income is only the beginning.

Contracts, company structure, qualifications, Social Security and tax all have to line up. Most refusals aren't about earning too little — they're about not being able to prove the rest.

  • Inconsistent contracts or gaps in your professional history
  • Tax and Social Security deadlines you can only meet before arriving
  • A first permit that quietly limits renewals, residency and citizenship

Find out where you actually stand.

This is likely for you

  • Fully remote for a company or clients outside Spain
  • Around €34k gross a year as main applicant
  • 3+ months with your employer or clients
  • The foreign company has traded for 1+ year
  • A relevant degree, or 3+ years of experience

Not yet — or not this route

  • Income only from savings, property, investments or a pension
  • Less than 3 months with your employer or clients
  • The company has existed for under a year
  • Employed by a Spanish company, or 20%+ Spanish clients
  • The work can't genuinely be done remotely

  • The specific risks in your profile, not generic checklists
  • If another residence route suits you better, we say so

The INSIDER Method

Seven stages. You only do one of them.

Spanish-born, Spanish-trained, internationally experienced — so your permit is built around the life you intend to have here, not just the form you have to file.

We look at your work, income, qualifications and professional history against the Digital Nomad Visa requirements.

What you getA preliminary assessment and a straight answer on whether to move to a legal consultation.

What is not included, and how we keep third-party costs down

Government fees, sworn translations, apostilles, legalisations and other third-party costs are not included in our legal fees. We take a cost-conscious approach: only documents that legally require sworn translation are sent to a sworn translator. Where permitted we prepare documents directly in Spanish, use bilingual versions or limit translation to the relevant content, helping you avoid unnecessary costs.

Before you decide

Questions people ask us first.

Do you accept every Digital Nomad Visa case?

No. We first assess whether your current professional structure supports a viable application. If something needs to change — or another residence route would be more suitable — we identify it before you engage us for the full process.

What if my situation does not fit a standard employee or freelance profile?

That is precisely where our INSIDER Method adds value. We analyse how your work, company, income, qualifications and Social Security position can be legally presented, including more complex profiles such as company owners, directors and international investors.

How do you determine the right strategy for my case?

We begin with an eligibility assessment and an in-depth legal consultation. We listen to your plans, ask the questions that may not have occurred to you and consider how your immigration route connects with your family, taxation, Social Security and longer-term plans in Spain.

How much of the process will I need to manage myself?

You provide the personal information and original documents that only you can obtain. We build the document plan, draft the legal and supporting documents, review the evidence, coordinate translations and formalities, file the application and manage the process through to your TIE.

Who will review and file my application?

Your case is prepared, reviewed and approved by our legal team, which includes qualified Spanish lawyers, before it is filed on your behalf.

What happens if a problem arises during the process?

We reassess the strategy, explain the available options and prepare any additional evidence required. If the authorities issue a formal request after filing, we manage and submit the response on your behalf, at no additional cost.

How do I know which plan I need?

You do not need to choose alone. Following your assessment and consultation, we recommend the plan and scope of work that match the complexity of your case and your plans in Spain.

Does your support end when the application is approved?

No. All plans include support with your padrón, TIE documents and fingerprint appointment until your Spanish residence card is issued. Further support is also available through MigratioLex Care (coming soon) and our network of tax, accounting, property and other specialists.

When should I start preparing my application?

Most applications require approximately 3–6 weeks of preparation, depending on the documents, translations and apostilles required. Starting early gives us time to resolve any inconsistencies before filing.

Can you guarantee approval?

The final decision always rests with the immigration authorities, and no professional can control future legal changes or new interpretations of the rules. However, we minimise the risk by assessing viability first and filing only once your case is complete, consistent and legally supported. If refused, we analyse the reasons and determine the strongest next step: a revised application, an appeal or a more suitable residence route.
