Eligibility, timescales and benefits depend on your circumstances, nationality and where you apply. We confirm exactly what applies to your case during your consultation.

Contracts, company structure, qualifications, Social Security and tax all have to line up. Most refusals aren't about earning too little — they're about not being able to prove the rest.
Tell us how you work and what you're planning. A lawyer from our team reviews it and tells you whether your case stands up — and what the smartest next move is.

You are not applying for a visa. You are deciding where to build your life.
The MigratioLex Team · Immigration, Citizenship, Tax & Real Estate
Spanish-born, Spanish-trained, internationally experienced — so your permit is built around the life you intend to have here, not just the form you have to file.
We look at your work, income, qualifications and professional history against the Digital Nomad Visa requirements.
What you getA preliminary assessment and a straight answer on whether to move to a legal consultation.
Check my eligibilityMore than question-and-answer. We map your work, family and plans, then flag the issues that could affect the application — and how immigration connects to tax, Social Security, property and everyday administration in Spain.
Good to knowThe consultation fee is deducted in full from your legal fees if you go ahead with us.
Where specialist action is needed we coordinate our trusted network of tax, accounting and Social Security professionals, so each part of the plan works with the others.

We turn the assessment into a tailored plan: recommended approach, services and professional coordination required, applicable legal fees, and how we move forward.
The resultYou know what happens, in what order, and who does it.
You upload; we cross-check contracts, invoices, company records and bank statements, tell you what is right, what needs amending and what is missing, then prepare the legal documents and coordinate sworn translations, apostilles and legalisations.
The resultA complete, consistent, legally supported file built around your circumstances.
Your application is approved by our legal team, which includes qualified Spanish lawyers, before filing. We then monitor progress, deal with the authorities directly and answer any formal request on your behalf.

Not every case needs the same depth. After your consultation we recommend the plan that fits — and confirm the exact fee for your case.
€750 per accompanying family member
For standard employee and freelance Digital Nomad Visa applications.
€750 per accompanying family member
For business owners, company directors and shareholders applying through their own foreign company.
Family pricing quoted with your case
For professionals, entrepreneurs and families planning to build their future in Spain — not simply obtain an initial residence permit.
Ranges reflect the complexity of your case. Your exact fee is confirmed in writing after your consultation, before you commit to anything.
Government fees, sworn translations, apostilles, legalisations and other third-party costs are not included in our legal fees. We take a cost-conscious approach: only documents that legally require sworn translation are sent to a sworn translator. Where permitted we prepare documents directly in Spanish, use bilingual versions or limit translation to the relevant content, helping you avoid unnecessary costs.

Qualified instead on more than three years of relevant professional experience, properly evidenced.

No. We first assess whether your current professional structure supports a viable application. If something needs to change — or another residence route would be more suitable — we identify it before you engage us for the full process.
That is precisely where our INSIDER Method adds value. We analyse how your work, company, income, qualifications and Social Security position can be legally presented, including more complex profiles such as company owners, directors and international investors.
We begin with an eligibility assessment and an in-depth legal consultation. We listen to your plans, ask the questions that may not have occurred to you and consider how your immigration route connects with your family, taxation, Social Security and longer-term plans in Spain.
You provide the personal information and original documents that only you can obtain. We build the document plan, draft the legal and supporting documents, review the evidence, coordinate translations and formalities, file the application and manage the process through to your TIE.
Your case is prepared, reviewed and approved by our legal team, which includes qualified Spanish lawyers, before it is filed on your behalf.
We reassess the strategy, explain the available options and prepare any additional evidence required. If the authorities issue a formal request after filing, we manage and submit the response on your behalf, at no additional cost.
You do not need to choose alone. Following your assessment and consultation, we recommend the plan and scope of work that match the complexity of your case and your plans in Spain.
No. All plans include support with your padrón, TIE documents and fingerprint appointment until your Spanish residence card is issued. Further support is also available through MigratioLex Care (coming soon) and our network of tax, accounting, property and other specialists.
Most applications require approximately 3–6 weeks of preparation, depending on the documents, translations and apostilles required. Starting early gives us time to resolve any inconsistencies before filing.
The final decision always rests with the immigration authorities, and no professional can control future legal changes or new interpretations of the rules. However, we minimise the risk by assessing viability first and filing only once your case is complete, consistent and legally supported. If refused, we analyse the reasons and determine the strongest next step: a revised application, an appeal or a more suitable residence route.
Tell us about your work and your plans. We'll tell you whether you qualify — and what the smartest next move is.
