1) Introduction

The application is centralized through UGE-CE, and initial authorization is valid for 3 years, renewable in 2-year increments. The permit allows work anywhere in Spain and family inclusion.

3) Requirements

4) Application Process

  1. Develop a detailed business plan including project, personal info, product/service, innovation, market, and financials.
  2. Submit the project to ENISA for evaluation; report issued within 10 working days.
  3. UGE-CE assesses the ENISA report and grants 3-year authorization if favorable.
  4. If outside Spain, obtain the residence visa at your consulate.
  5. Apply for TIE (Foreigner Identity Card) within 1 month of entry or approval.
