Applicants may apply from abroad or from Spain if legally present.

  • Private health insurance (full coverage, no co-payments).
  • No criminal record in the last 5 years.
  • Medical certificate if stay >6 months.

4) Application Process

  1. Where to apply: Spanish consulate in the home country or Immigration Office in Spain if legally present.
  2. Required documents: Form EX-00, valid passport, admission letter, fee payment proof, health insurance, financial proof, criminal record, medical certificate, accommodation proof.
  3. Recommendations: Full-time course (≥20h/week), homologated institution, start 2 months in advance, verify invitation letters for private centers.
  4. Qualifying studies: University degrees, vocational training, accredited language courses, regulated religious studies.
